Circulation Tools places the highest possible priority in performance of work in a safe manner with regard to the health of their employees, its subcontractors’ employees and the environment. Subcontractors play an important role in Circulation Tools’ operations. They will conduct their operations in accordance with Circulation Tools’ Policies and HSE-Q Managing System requirements.
Circulation Tools will only subcontract to organizations that meet or exceed our HSE-Q standards. All contractors and vendors shall be evaluated on their policies and procedures to determine whether they are within the guidelines of the Circulation Tools’ HSE-Q Managing System.
Once contractors have been pre-qualified, they shall adhere to all Circulation Tools' Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality guidelines while performing work for Circulation Tools. All contractors and vendors performing work for Circulation Tools are subject to periodic Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality audits.
Contractor and Vendor Prequalification Requirements:
- Complete and sign a Master Service Agreement. You may obtain a copy of the Master Service Agreement via e-mail, hse@circulationtools.com. Please specify if you need an electronic copy that you may redline or a hard copy. Return the signed originals to Circulation Tools, Attention: Andrew Toups, P.O. Box 3157, Houma, LA 70361.
- Issue a Certificate of Insurance naming Circulation Tools as an additional insured. The certificate may be faxed to 985-851-0152 or mailed to Circulation Tools, Attention: Andrew Toups, P.O. Box 3157, Houma, LA 70361.
- Complete the Contractor Prequalification Form, which you may obtain via e-mail, hse@circulationtools.com. Please specify your name, company name, work performed for Circulation Tools and your request in your e-mail message. You may also choose to download the Form, complete it and return it to hse@circulationtools.com.
- Provide a letter or brochure that lists and describes the materials and/or services that your company will provide Circulation Tools.
